Psittacula alexandri
Stated to be resident from India across to China and down to Indonesia and yet listed as feral in Singapore which is at the centre of that triangle. It was first reported in 1943 and only later found to be breeding, hence the thought that it may be a feral flock formed from escapees. At one time it was reported from adjacent Malaya but no more. Many other species are known to have flown across the narrow strip of water between the former Malaya and Singapore, some directly and others via Pulau Ubin and/or other in between islands. Certainly I saw Hornbills on Pulau Ubin long before they were reported in Singapore (main island) and the State of Singapore includes many islands including Pulau Ubin, and others, some of which remain off-limits to the public due to being used by the military.
