Unknown Hopper

Description:

Small hopper (perhaps Froghopper?) to 4mm long. It waved its front legs around and then came to rest. It repeated waving its front legs. From a distance it just looked brown, but on closer investigation could see the yellow and orange wing venation and white patches.

Edge of forest at James Cook University Cairns campus
