Flat, pale green lichen growing in mostly round or amorphous pattern on the trunks of trees. Its rough center, and outer edge blush with a red-orange to bright pink coloration.
Growing mid-trunk on younger trees, this brightly colored lichen is shaded by the limbs of old oak trees in the Myakka River State Park.
