Tiny yellowish bird. Their most characteristic feature is a conspicuous white feather ring around the eye.


Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.


Endemic to the northern part of the Philippines and the Taiwanese islands of Lüdao and Lanyu.
