Plenty of tail-slapping humpback action! At least three individuals are pictured. The last photo shows two whales next to each other as one sprays water out of its blowhole.
These individuals were spotted in the Pacific Ocean, just off the coast of Maui, although humpback whales are found in almost all major oceans.
On this whale watching tour, I got up close and personal to humpbacks without getting wet! Sorry that some of the photos are out of sequence.
