Amazona tucumana is too large and a South American bird.

The bird itself is too small and has a too long tail for an Amazona. Amazona vittata is endemic to Puerto Rico. The Orange-fronted parakeet has a much larger whitish/yellowish ring around the eye, no orange bug, no spots at the side of the head and some bluish part on top of the head.

I don't think this is correct... The Puerto Rican Amazon only appears in Puerto Rico.
Can it also be an Orange-fronted parakeet?
