Entoloma violaceum

Description:

Brown mushroom with a dry, soft cap. Stem was white/brown, and gills were cream colored. This is the first spotting for this species on Project Noah.

Habitat:

Growing on the ground in a mixed forest.

Notes:

Growing right next to some tiny Armillaria mushrooms.
