Ghost Shrimp

Callianassa californiensis

Description:

I saw a fisherman using a suction to pump these out from 3 ft below the sea water. These live in burrows and are semi translucent.Used as a bait in fishing. This shrimp seems to be a male ,based on the fact that one claw is bigger than the other.
