8 oz oyster mushrooms 1 Tablespoon garlic 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 teaspoon rosemary (minced) 1 tablespoon butter 2 teaspoons flour 1/4 cup white wine 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Saute garlic in oil for 20 seconds. Add mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes. Add rosemary, and butter until melted. Add remaining ingredients and cook until liquid is slightly thickened (about 4 minutes).

Yes, you are right, they looked like oysters.
