I think I should get a special badge for being the first person to post a recipe for a spotted organism. ;) But on the other-hand no, because I don't want to encourage people to start posting recipes for bandicoots or raccoons.

8 oz oyster mushrooms
1 Tablespoon garlic
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary (minced)
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Saute garlic in oil for 20 seconds. Add mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes. Add rosemary, and butter until melted. Add remaining ingredients and cook until liquid is slightly thickened (about 4 minutes).
