Jumping Spider

Cosmophasis parangpilota

Description:

Salticidae; Heliophaninae; Cosmophasis parangpilota Barrion & Litsinger, 1995. This Cosmophasis parangpilota was quite difficult to photograph because it was extremely small and was moving around at high speed. I suspect that it is a hatchling, possibly only a few days old.

Habitat:

Spotted on foliage in our front garden.
