Painted turtle

Description:

Small turtle with black shell and splashes of orange color around the edges of it’s shell that make it look like it was painted.

Habitat:

They prefer aquatic habitat with aquatic vegetation. They can be found in lakes and ponds.

Notes:

I found this guy in the grass near a swampy area.
