Description:

green to yellow chest i would call it turquoise all down the head face and back

Habitat:

was eating the seeds of the tops of this plant was a pair but the other i didn't see till it was to late haha

Notes:

my sister and i have no idea thought it could of been a red rumped parrot but when it flew there was no red so we are confused

@ Roseline, please also update the ID. I am happy too because I have never seen this bird before. It would be nice if it gets its name back.
