Rhododendron ferrugineum
This plant is pretty much everywhere in the pacific northwest, as it is the state flower. The leaves form a star-like shape with the flower on the top of it. If the flowers have not bloomed yet, the bulbs are typically pointy, thicker on the bottom, thinner on the top. The items that are the most poisonous of this plants are the leaves, nectar, and the flower (pretty much the whole plant.)
state flower, but i see it it mostly housing areas, I don't really see it in the wild often.
Drooling, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Inappetance, Abdominal pain, Abnormal heart rate and rhythms, Hypotension, Weakness, Tremors, Depression, Blindness, Seizures, Coma, Death. pretty dangerous for the damn state flower....

Hi Chaise...Welsome to Project Noah!!
This is a BEAUTIFUL Rhododendron..
The description needs to describe the actual plant.
You can add these ill effects of ingestion to the notes.
Thank you.
