Scentless Plant Bug

I noticed this bug after looking at the photo's I took of another one. This is a plant bug with yellow eyes and a red head, legs and elytra. You can see the abdomen through the clear part of the wings to see the dark pattern.

Hi Alice, this is an adult. I don't have an example of a nymph yet. Here's an adult that just eclosed of the same genus showing an even brighter color:
