Trilobite Beetle exoskeleton

An exoskeleton carcass of a long dead Trilobite Beetle. It possibly died attacked by ants or birds. 20 - 50 mm in length left.

Found it on a wooden fence in front the park ticket office in Tawau Hills Park, Tawau, Sabah. Their natural habitat is on logs so it is unusual to spot this on a wooden fence.

>>>Map accuracy: 3m diameter. Spotted this with DanDoucette after returning from a walk near the park waterfall.
