Description:

Small tree about eight feet tall with slender trunk and branches, bipinnate compound leaves and flowers in various stages of development, to include wilting.

Habitat:

Tropical insular coastal lowland dry shrubland and grassland.

Notes:

Spotted beside a semi-paved road inland of Dillingham Airfield. The second uploaded image shows a flower in full bloom. This species is invasive in Hawaii.
