I've never seen anything like this before. Less than a centimetre in length. Very agile.
I believe this is Oxytate Striatipes. The Genus Oxytate or Grass Crab Spiders are, like most crab spiders, masters of ambush except they do so from grass stems and not flower heads. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxytate
