Grey beetle/bug with spiky dimpled back. Abdomen plump, body 3cm long. Curculionoidea Supefamily.

Habitat:

Wattle, acacia in Savannah Grassland, edge of estuarine marsh.

Checked out your link Martin. I couldn't find anything close.I looked at some other beetle shots and youve got some amazing photos. Have you encountered Mark Golding and his series of beetle books?
