Tiny white flowers. Notable dark tinted narrow seed-pod-like bits arranged just below the flowers. Long branching stems. Small oval leaves, arranged in groups bi-laterally with a single leaf at the tip.

Thanks for the ID as bittercress! After looking over the species, though, I think Pennsylvania is a little better fit than Hairy.
