Saturniidae. I think a Polythysana species. From this list I found: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mo...) , my best guesses are Polythysana rubrescens or Polythysana cinerascens. Again, not 100% sure but I think it didn't develop correctly which is why its body still is so large and the wings so small.
