Description:

A relatively large Leafhopper of 9 mm, pinkish in color with a yellow and brown pattern on the upper wings. Notice how the drop of rain in the foreground magnifies the tarsal claw. Family Cicadellidae.

Habitat:

Semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
