Yup, definitely Virginia Creeper.
I agree with Heather, this looks more like Virginia Creeper. Please look at the link she provided.
I believe your spotting may be Virginia Creeper rather than poison ivy; the 5-leaf arrangement is characteristic of Creeper, while poison ivy has a 3-leaf arrangement.
