I agree with the ID of Ipomoea incarnata and the elongated slightly ridged sepals (though rarely given proper recognition) are diagnostic.

Donde encontrastes esta Ipomea, Isabela? Parece Santiago, porque parece que se trata de Ipomoea linearifolia, Arrow-leaved morning glory, que es endemica de Santiago
