Baby snake spooted in our backyard approx. 15cm long, not sure what species but Childrens python and Keelback are resident in the yard.

There is only one keelback in Australia, Tropidonophis mairii, and its range includes this spotting. http://www.arod.com.au/arod/reptilia/Squ...

Looks good for a keelback to me, but I'm not incredibly familiar with snakes in your area!
