Beautiful orange and yellow spider. Small size with a light colored abdomen. Distinctive spots on edge of abdomen. In the second two images you can see him getting ready to parachute away from the location. (he sends a strand of web out and lets the wind catch it)

Habitat:

Clearing, crawling on a sign at an historical site.
