no creo que sea la hormiga dorada solo la luz con la que tome la foto, por esto no le he puesto el nombre todavía creo que es otra especie que en este caso por la fotografía quedó dorada

That's the only golden ant I know from Ecuador and Costa Rica. Be careful, quite a painful "sting", much more stronger than a bee!
And not forgetting the similar spider!!
