Description:

Raptor. Which hunts rabbits, mouses, Birds ....occasionally a lizard or two Earlier it was also known as the Changeable Hawk Eagle and the two species been separated. Crested Hawk Eagle (Spizaetus cirrhatus) & Changeable Hawk Eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) are now two different species.

Habitat:

On open lands, Paddy fields, Tea Estates, River sides
