is the closest one though, i'm not sure about the head coloration, Exclamationis looks really diferent and varians has almost the same pattern of this one

In fact it was not a c. vespertinus, is a Conoderus varians! Thanks a lot bayucca

Conoderus looks pretty good, but I am sceptic about Vespertinus. I did not find a reference from Colombia. There are at least 15 different species in Colombia. Similar with yours might be Exclamationis and Varians. You will see a great variability and this median dark band might be important.
