Lycaenidae, Lycaeninae, Polyommatini, should be the male of Polyommatus semiargus semiargus.

They have these at the butterfly garden. We're going there tomorrow or Sunday so I'll try to tell you the name. I remember that they are native to Brazil and Argentina.
