Mycena sp.
Very attractive and delicate looking fungi... about 100mm tall with a cap of about 12mm wide. A very delicate but long, translucent stipe. Cap black at centre merging through bronze to white at the margin. Gills free, white, adnexed. A small group of about 10. No filamentous mycelium around?
Wet eucalyptus forest floor.
Species similar in the area are M.subvulgaris, M.marangania, M.albidofusca and several others. Conditions were deep dry with surface damp.
