Indigo Bunting

Passerina cyanea

Notes:

I was SO excited to have spotted this bird! It was raining, so I didn't get to see many birds. We were driving down one of the many narrow roads in Eureka when I saw this one flitting around the feeder. I made my family turn the car around so I could snap some shots. Lol. (The red bird in the first shot is a male House Finch.)
