European Bee-Eater

Description:

The European Bee Eaters migrate through Qatar twice a year during spring and autumn migration (Africa - Europe & Europe - Africa). In spring they are particularly colourful as they are in full breeding plumage. During autumn their colour pattern remains the same but less saturated.

Habitat:

Spotted at an irrigated farm in the middle of Qatar.
