So beautiful Gilma! These are usually so hard to photograph outside. I think Cuckoo Wasp also, if you look at pictures of them, many often have their ovipositors-stingers extruded and that might be the case here.

that is a very good point, i neglected that. i'd still go with cuckoo wasp, but dunno about the tail. Mutation? ;)
I am pretty sure it is a Cuckoo Wasp, the only thing is that most of the pictures I saw, none has the tail like my spotting?
