The lighter markings around the edges of the wings suggest an Hoary Comma. Plus on the top of the top of the wing, next to the abdomen, there are two spots. Next to them is a darker bar. That's the hoary.

This is one of the Polygonia butterflies, either the Satyr Comma, Polygonia satyrus, or the Hoary Comma, Polygonia gracilis.
