Diabrotica v2n sp.nov.
Leaf Beetle of about 5 mm in length and 4 striking target-like spots on the elytra. The head is black and the prothorax is yellow. The 6th picture is of an individual which came to an ultraviolet light in the same place on 29 July 2014. Family Chrysomelidae.
Garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

I found three different species of the Diabroticas in same plant. It was magical.
Thank you bayucca for the identification. I read through all the fact sheet link but can't really tell which of the 4 species he talks about might be this one, and he doesn't have Mexico on his distribution yet. Bet he would like to see the Mexican one.
