Description:

This beautiful stork was standing on a granite outcrop called La Portilla (Monfragüe National Park, Extremadura). In this protected area there are about 30 couples.

Habitat:

These storks nest on rocks near the bank of a river, in the Mediterranean forest known as dehesa.
