A parasitic wasp which specialises on lepidopteran and hymenopteran larval hosts.
Ichneumonidae. Similar one and you have also some more links. But it is only to illustrate the family!! These Ichneumonidae are quite tricky (if not impossible) to ID from just a picture. Criteria are size, shape, location and extension of stripes, bands and spots, color of the legs (femur and tibia!).
