Description:

Roundish mushroom growning out of morter on brick underside of front porch. Large loblolly pine tree is about 10 feet away. No discernable stalk. Youcan see from photos that the crossection was brown and yellow. Spores are yellow/gold.

Notes:

Had not seen this variety before in the yard.

Is anyone familiar with a truffle like this in eastern North America? It looks like a Liondwe, or Kalahari truffle
