Logan ... Me too! Besides admiring their beauty I just started a project to find a correlation between the pH of water and the genera of diatoms that I find there. (What can I say?)

Beautiful as always Elton. I love how clearly you can see the fat reserves and those gorgeous details in the frustule. Every time I see your stuff I wish I could post up some of the SEM pictures of my cultures!
