Exactly why I wasn't sure cause I didn't see the apothecia, tnx for explaining it ;)

Yours does not have the apothecia I show in my spotting, but that is the normal case, without apothecia. Parmelina pastellifera is very similar but the isidia (those round spots on top of the thallus) are more dispersed and black.
