Hacquetia epipactis
Green rhizomatous, clump-forming herbaceous perennial. Short in growth - about 5–10 cm in height, with glossy pale green leaves.
Moist, shady woodland habitats in Europe. Found it in woods in shadow.
The name epipactis comes from a Greek word for plants thought to curdle milk.
