Spotted along trail in mixed oak savannah yaupon motte and coastal prairie, Otter Slough Trail, Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge.
This individual is a female, as indicated by its pattern of wing spots and the subgenital plate near the tip of its abdomen (looks like an upside-down shark fin).
