Zizina otis looks very close, i'm not confident to confirm :(

Nuwan, what do you think? It is a little bit out of my range ;-)...

Lcaenidae, looks similar to Zizina otis, but I am absolutely not sure! Your shot is not so sharp and most of the markings are no more clearly visible. Take it as a hint!
