Eastern Newt

Just uploaded another of a turtle any suggestions?

It's hard to tell from your picture, but it could be the red eft stage of an eastern newt (in which case it would have a round tail and large spots) or a spring salamander (in which case it would have a flattened tail and a stripe next to it's eye).
