Tamaracks are also known as the American Larch!

Turns out it was larch not tamarack. Went back and the same type was labeled.

I thought it might be Tamarack, but they are so uncommon here, I was second guessing myself...

Love these trees! Nothing else in the states has little clusters of needles like that.
