Habitat:

Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Notes:

It looks like a species of Bombardier beetle (Brachinus sp.). Community support is required to identify exact species.

Yes it has the common name Bombardier beetle and is a species of ground beetles. https://www.nationalgeographic.com/anima...
Your spotting has big redbrown marks on elytra and is dark on the lower part of femur. So it is better to set as you sugested, Brachinus sp.
