Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.
It looks like a species of Bombardier beetle (Brachinus sp.). Community support is required to identify exact species.
My student says he like the bug and that its' abdomen looks like a galaxy! Thank you for sharing.

Your spotting has big redbrown marks on elytra and is dark on the lower part of femur. So it is better to set as you sugested, Brachinus sp.
