Remora

Echeneis naucrates

Description:

These fish are more closely related to fusiliers than to sharks. Their sucker is really their top fin on its side that opens and closes to create a grip. The attachment is so strong that people use the remora to seek out and attach itself to a turtle so that they can reel it in (a living, conscious hook).
