Description:

Female. The male has the upper side brownish. The underside of the forewing is orange with black spots. The hindwing underside is green. The body is very hairy and green.The female has orange upper side with bluff edges and the underside is similar to the male. Wingspan is 20-30 mm

Habitat:

Spotted on a sandy path. Holm oak and pine tree forest
