Litoria congenita
Small - 35-40mm brown and gold tree frog. Variable in pattern - may have 1-3 dorsal stripes. White ventrum. Males have a black pigmented throat so this should be a female.
Common is seasonally dry woodlands and suburban gardens in southern Papua New Guinea. sea level to 500m.
