apparently not well trainable, and would probably be caged alot. so thats a no go for me.

apparently theyve been bred as pets since the 70's but not legal everywhere. and theyre not much different than a cat or dog it seems

Fun fact! The fennec fox has evolved effective ways of thermo regulating in order to survive the extreme climate of the Sahara desert. Its huge, bat-like ears radiate body heat and help it keep cool in temperatures that can exceed 122°F (50°C), and its long, thick fur is insulation against the cold desert nights. Even the soles of its feet are hairy to provide protection from the searing hot sand.
